I'm a casting director and casting producer for advertising and audiovisual production. I've worked in casting since 2003 and have been credited as casting director on films since 2015.
My work starts with reading the story, not with searching for faces. I look for the face of the campaign through active research and clear criteria, and I take care of everything up to the set: negotiation, image rights and logistics.
I work with advertising agencies and production companies, as well as international productions shooting in Brazil. I also place Brazilian talent in international productions. I'm a native speaker of Portuguese and Mandarin, and fluent in English.
I'm also the founder of Flow Casting, a talent agency.

Reading the brief, the story and the director's vision. Criteria are defined and agreed with the agency, the production company and the director before the search begins.
- Curation and research
Active research, individual assessment and a shortlist built on clear criteria. The goal is the face of the campaign, not just a technical profile.
- Production and management
Negotiation, image rights, logistics, scheduling and follow-through up to the shoot.
- Casting associate
Strategic support for other casting teams, such as my partnership with Claudia Secaf, with whom I share international castings shot in Brazil.
